Artist's Statement

“I am drawn to all images that contain clean lines and are arranged in complex and compelling abstract images. I generally start with traditional quilt patterns that are based on simple geometry and use the color and value of the fabrics to create compelling abstract images. I then add another aspect to the quilts with an abundance of quilting, creating a three-dimensional, sculptured look-and-feel.”
